Product: Hydraulic Lifting Strand Jack for Heavy Lifting. The Hydraulic Strand Jack with Synchronous Lifting System is a specialized device that combines prestressed anchor anchoring technology with hydraulic jack technology. It operates by anchoring the steel strand through the anchor and then utilizing computer-controlled flow and oil pressure output from the hydraulic pump station. The device drives the jack piston to extend and contract, as measured by a displacement sensor device, thereby forcing the steel strand and the component to rise, descend, and continuously translate. This enables overall synchronous lifting and lowering movements. This versatile tool finds extensive use in the vertical hoisting or lowering of large-scale structural parts both domestically and internationally. Its applications include the lifting of steel box girders for bridges, the lowering of bridge piers and weirs, the hoisting or lowering of hanging blue, the hoisting of chimney steel inner cylinders for power plants or chemical plants, the hoisting of steam drums and stators for power plants, gantry crane installation, and aircraft maintenance. The working principle:
To integrate the prestressed anchor anchoring technology with the hydraulic jack technology, anchor the steel strand through the anchor, and then use the computer to centrally control the flow and oil pressure output of the hydraulic pump station. 
The device drives the jack piston to extend and contract (displacement sensor device)and forces the steel strand and the component to rise, descend, and continuously translate to realize the overall synchronous lifting (translation) and lowering movement.

Q1: Whether the rig is used for rock holes or soil holes?
A1: Equipped with different drill bits according to the application object. Rock drilling rigs are equipped with round steel drill impact hammers and rock drill bits. The soil drilling rigs require a twist drill pipe and a three-blade drill bit.

A2:  The range is from 50 to 1000 tons, depending on the application needs we have the right choice for you.
