Pistion Rock Splitters process reinforced cylinder, multiple jacks, multiple high-pressure oil pipes and other components.  Divided into a feed pipe, a return pipe.  When the oil is fed, the jack of the hydraulic rock breaking rod will stretch out, which is a working process, that is, the time of the rock breaking.  Its power source is the hydraulic power station through the pipeline transmission of hydraulic oil, power station output pressure can reach 160MP, after the secondary conversion of splitting rod splitting force can reach 5000t.  Single 30-140kg, a power station standard equipped with 6 splitting rods.

Installation Instructions

Hydraulic Plunger Rock Splitter is mainly composed of a high hydraulic pump station and split rod. The force output by the 140-180MP ultra-high pressure oil pump station acts on the hole, and the rock hydraulic splitter blasting equipment would split the rock in a predetermined direction under the (3000t) powerful force.

In operation, the hole must be straight when punching, and the rod must be placed in the hole to ensure that the rod cannot be exposed. If not, this would result in uneven force and an unachievable blasting effect. Keep the horizontal plane, be a straight line, and at the same time face the air side.
