A high-pressure grouting pump is a professional machine for structural high-pressure chemical grouting, using single-liquid chemical grouting material. It has ultra-high pressure without a pressure source and rapid construction.
A high-pressure vertical grouting pump composes of two parts: a drive mechanism and a pump body, installed on the base.
The motor drives the bent axle through a V-belt and a pair of gears, which drives the piston to go back and forth through connecting rod and crosshead; the gearbox is closed-type, and all moving parts are lubricated by splashed lubricant.
Mortar is sucked by a suction valve and sent into the air chamber throtheana the ugh pump cylinder for discharging. The air chamber is installed with a mortar relief valve and pressure safety device. When the pressure of the air chamber exceeds the rated working pressure, it will cut the main circuit through the control circuit to stop the motor.
