Hydraulic Rock Splitter in Mining Use
The Hydraulic Rock Splitter in Mining Use is a highly efficient and reliable machine designed specifically for mining construction stones. It excels in the secondary breaking of large rocks, as well as the partial or complete removal of concrete facilities. With its exceptional capabilities, this hydraulic rock splitter can effortlessly split objects into multiple pieces along the natural cleft surface.
This rock splitter offers numerous advantages for mining operations. It serves as a safe and efficient method for mining, dimensional stone quarrying, demolition, and the removal of mass and reinforced concrete. Its effectiveness and reliability make it an invaluable tool in the mining industry.
The new model of this hydraulic rock splitter is equipped with three aluminum cylinders, each featuring a center wedge and a counter wedge. Additionally, it includes a diesel motor engine, pump station, and high-pressure hose. These standard configurations ensure optimal performance and durability, making this rock splitter the ideal choice for mining applications.
Invest in the Hydraulic Rock Splitter in Mining Use for a dependable and efficient solution to your mining and construction needs. Its professional and precise operation guarantees excellent results, while its robust design ensures durability and longevity. Simplify your mining operations with this advanced hydraulic rock splitter.
How a rock splitter Works:
The wedges are placed into a drilled hole. When a splitter is operated, the power pack produces high pressure oil to drive the piston of the splitter cylinder which in turn pushes the middle wedge down. The downward movements of middle wedge forces two counter wedges against the wall of the hole. When the tension increases beyong the tensile strength of the material, a split will occur.
Step 1: Drill the holes in the rock/concrete required to split of suitable diameter and length.
Step 2: Put the wedge group of cylinder into the hole. Check the position before starting the splitter.
Step 3: Once the splitter is initiated, a crack will be developed due to expansion of counter wedges. The cracking direction of the rock/concrete is the same as of the splitter handle
