            Hydraulic Strand  Jack with Synchronous Lifting System
Strand lifting Jack can be used horizontally to pull objects and structures and are widely used for sliding loading in the oil and gas industry. The 38,000-ton oil rig was moved from its construction site to a barge in this way. Since multiple jacks can be operated simultaneously by a hydraulic controller, they can be used in series to lift very large loads of thousands of tons. It is also very difficult to use two cranes.
Stranding jack can be regarded as a linear winch. In a cable jack, a bundle of cables or wires is guided through a hydraulic cylinder; Above and below the cylinder are anchoring systems with wedges to hold the strands. When the handle is in contact with the anchor, the lifting or lowering motion is achieved by rocking the cylinder inward and outward.
A synchronous lifting jack system usually consists of the following key components:
1. Jack body: This is the core executive part of the system, responsible for generating lifting force.
2. Power unit: Provide power for the jack, commonly electric oil pump or hydraulic pump station. The electric oil pump converts electrical energy into hydraulic energy and drives the jack to work.
3. Control system:
   Sensor: used to monitor the stroke, pressure, speed and other parameters of the jack.
   Controller: receives the signal of the sensor, and calculates and makes decisions according to preset procedures and algorithms.
   Control software: to achieve accurate control and coordination of the entire upgrading process.
4. Synchronous valve or synchronous control device: to ensure that multiple jacks can achieve synchronous action when working, so that the object to be lifted rises smoothly.
5. Tubing and connectors: used to connect to the top and power unit to transmit hydraulic oil.
