pneumatic Piston cement mortar Grout Pumps are pumping specialty capable to pump the Grouting Mix Compound (Mixture of Cement + Fly Ash + Water or Cement + Bentonite + Water) for repairing, piling, hankering, drilling & Grouting purpose. it is coupled with Geared Unit to generate Hi-working pressure of up to 24 Kg/Cm2 and flow 500 kgs to 20000 kgs/hr which is the normal requirement for penetration of Grout Mix. These pumps are available in a single drum mixing arrangement for small jobs and a twin drum mixing arrangement for continuous working. These pumps have proper cleaning arrangements. The Grout pump must be cleaned after use and stored in the cleaned condition. These Grout Pumping systems are available on trolley mounted Base plates for free movement the same which can easily be shifted to the place of actual use. Grout Pump is connected to the hose pipe of the required size and the other end of the grouting application.
