YJM anchorage system is consists of Stresed End Anchor System(Including Stressed End Anchor Head/ Blocks, Anchor Wedges, Anchor Bearing Plate, Spiral Steel Reinforcing Rings) and Dead End(Fixing End) Anchor System(including Dead end anchor, Anchor Wedges, Steel Plate, Spiral Steel Reinforcing Rings).  It is widely used in pre-stressing and Post Tensioning construction.

YJM series of anchor systems work with 5mm to 10mm pc steel wire and 12.7mm, 15.24mm pc strand cable.  The detailed specifications are as follows:

1). YJM5 applies to a smooth surface of 5 mm and 5.2mm and a spiral-ribbed PC steel wire.

2). YJM6 applies to a 6  mm smooth surface and spiral ribbed pc steel wire.

3). YJM7 applies to a 7mm smooth surface and spiral ribbed pc steel wire.

4). YJM8 applies to a 6 mm smooth surface and spiral ribbed pc steel wire.

5). YJM9 applies to a 9 mm smooth surface and spiral ribbed pc steel wire.

6). YJM10 applies to 10mm smooth surfase and spiral ribbed pc steel wire, and 9.3mm, 9.53mm pc strand.

7). YJM11 applies to 10.8mm and 11mm pc strands.

8). YJM13 applies to 12.7mm, 12.5mm & 12.9mm pc strand.

Warm tips

1. The anchors should be kept properly, and there should be no rust, water, or other sundries in use.
2. Apply lubricant on the outer surface of the tool clip and the inner surface of the taper hole of the anchor plate before use, and often remove the debris on the surface of the clip.
3. Safety measures should be taken during tensioning, and no one can stand after the tensioning jack.
4. The anchor system should be used together and cannot be mixed with other systems.

A1: Equipped with different drill bits according to the application object. Rock drilling rigs are equipped with round steel drill impact hammers and rock drill bits. The soil drilling rigs require a twist drill pipe and a three-blade drill bit.
 
Q2: How much tonnage can a bridge jack lift??
A2:  The range is from 50 to 1000 tons, depending on the application needs we have the right choice for you.       

Q3: How many meters is the connection between the jack and the oil pump?

Q4: What is the difference between the hydraulic oil pump?
A4: For the tension jack, it is a 50 MPa 3 kW oil pump and a 60 MPa 4 kW oil pump.
