Working Principle of hydraulic injection pump:
The pump is composed of a pneumatic triplet, cylinder, piston rod, reversing valve, slurry vat, slurry injection, drainage group valve and pump bracket, etc.
The pump is a double-cylinder function piston pump. Its working principle is: compressed air produced by the air compressor pushes the plunger in the cylinder to make a reciprocating movement, and the plunger of the slurry vat makes a reciprocating movement at the same time together with the function of slurry injection and drainage group valve, finishing the slurry injection and drainage of slurry vat.
The pump uses working media (slurry and gas) to transmit pressure signals, constituting closed loop automatic regulation property. There is no problem with slurry injection hyper pressure with a simple structure and safe and reliable use.
